Polish Film Festival Summer 2021 was a unique selection of Polish cinematography from the past decade,
presented for the first time on-line and free to audiences across Australia.

The Festival celebrated achievements of many influential Polish directors and their works over the years,
as well as the films of younger and inspiring directors, screenwriters and producers.

It was a diverse program ranging from masterpieces in drama, war, and crime stories, to classic comedies, action, and romantic films,
and enjoy the performance of award-winning actors, many of whom are now leaving their mark on world cinema.

Summer 2021 presented, for the first time, many films for the younger audiences – from fairy tales to animation and family movies. There was a diverse selection of documentaries and short films, many showing important stories from the Polish viewer’s perspective but, at the
same time, creating a message that is both local and universal.
